Membership Portal: LabCorp Integration

To create a LabCorp account:

• Go to https://patient.labcorp.com/registration.
• Fill in relevant information.
• Select “Create Account”.
• Check your email for a 4-number verification code.
• Once complete, you will be prompted to log in.
• Occasionally, you will need to verify your identity by taking an “Identity Authentication Quiz,” which will take approximately 30 seconds to complete.
• Once complete, your LabCorp portal may take up to 2 hours to update.

To connect your LabCorp account to the Liv Health portal:

• Visit https://emr.livhealth.com/login_liv.aspx.
• Use your Liv Health credentials to log into the portal.
• Scroll down and click on the “Connect Records” icon on the left side of the integrations window:

• Select “Lab,” then select “LABCORP”
• Enter your LabCorp Login credentials and click “CONNECT”
• When integrated successfully, you will be redirected to the main portal dashboard. Your historic results may take up to 48 hours to fully integrate into your Liv Health portal.
