  • Your membership covers the cost of unlimited support (Ability to ask & receive answers to any questions you may have about your care plan) and all check in appointments:
    • 3+ appointments with your Integrative Health Concierge each quarter

  • You have access to your physician if needed by contacting one of your support staff in the member portal chat.
  • Complete access to our proprietary membership portal to track vital health metrics and view your daily protocols.

    • Absolutely. Our goal is to make well care accessible to you. We have a network of partners for lab work and protocols and pass along our discounted pricing to Liv members.

    Yes, your information is completely safe. All personal and health information is compliant per HIPAA standards.

    All member appointments with your Liv team are virtual visits. If you need to complete lab work, we’ll find the nearest facility for you to visit and make an appointment based on your availability.

  • You are able to use previous labs if they were conducted within 3 months of the date of seeing your provider.
  • You are allowed to use these previous labs by uploading them to your ‘Documents’ section of your Member Portal.
  • If you have not had previous labs done – you will need to have those done (it will ultimately be cheaper for you to have your lab work done using our partnered facility, LabCorp)

  • Once lab results have been completed (or uploaded) an Administrator will contact you to help you schedule your initial physician consultation.
  • During the consultation – you will determine with your provider the best protocols for you and what prescriptions are needed.
  • From there, your provider will order your Rx – You pay your Rx invoice & our partnered pharmacy fills your prescription order & ships directly to you.
    • Can take anywhere from 5 days to ~2 weeks depending on Rx, quantity and what is currently in stock.

    Your Flexible Spending Account (FSA) or Health Spending Account (HSA) can be used at your discretion to pay for Liv HEALTH services – (i.e., lab work, membership fees, prescriptions, supplements, etc.). Please note, not all HSA/FSA plans are created equally. Liv HEALTH is not responsible for any HSA/FSA claims or denials.

    Liv is not meant to replace your primary care physician, we focus on longevity medicine rather than primary care. As our physicians are experts in preventative medicine, we recommend seeing your primary care physician if you are sick.
