Liv Health Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy

Effective Date: October 12, 2026

Last Updated: October 12, 2026

1. About This Policy

This Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy explains how Liv Health LLC (“Liv,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, shares, and protects consumer health data, and the rights you have over it. It supplements our Website Privacy Policy and applies to consumer health data as defined by the Washington My Health My Data Act, Nevada Senate Bill 370, the Connecticut Data Privacy Act, and similar state laws.

Health information in your medical record is covered separately. Clinical care for Liv patients is provided by licensed clinicians of the OpenLoop Affiliated Covered Entity. Protected health information created or received in connection with that care is governed by HIPAA and our Notice of Privacy Practices, available at www.livhealth.com/pages/privacy-practices, not by this policy.
