Liv Health does not exchange your personal information for money. We do share some information with advertising partners so we can show you Liv Health ads on other websites and apps. Under some state privacy laws this counts as a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information, or as "targeted advertising," and some of it may be consumer health data. You can opt out at any time.

What this covers

  • Cookies, pixels and similar technologies that send information about the pages and products you view on our site to advertising partners such as Google and Meta.
  • Hashed (scrambled) email addresses and phone numbers that we give advertising platforms so they can match you to an ad audience.

It does not include your answers to our eligibility or intake questions. We don't share those with advertising or analytics partners.

How to opt out

  1. On this browser: turn off Marketing in Cookie preferences. This applies to this browser and device only, so repeat it on each one you use.
  2. For your email and phone number: enter your email below and we'll apply your opt-out to the information linked to it.
  3. Global Privacy Control: if your browser sends this signal, we treat it as an opt-out for that browser.
  4. By email or phone: contact care@livhealth.com with the subject "Do Not Sell or Share," or call (888) 828-1820.

What opting out doesn't change

You'll still see ads, but they won't be based on your activity. Service messages about your account, orders and appointments continue. To stop marketing emails, use the unsubscribe link in any of them.

Washington, Nevada and Connecticut residents

We collect or share consumer health data for advertising only with your consent. To withdraw it, turn off Analytics and Marketing in Cookie preferences, or email care@livhealth.com with the subject "Consumer Health Data Request." See our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy.
