Twenty-four of 26 reported improvement with silodosin. No placebo or blinded comparison; no fixed week-based duration reported. Reduced semen volume was more common with silodosin. Study doses are not instructions. Comparison for the 92% result: Men reported improvement in premature ejaculation with silodosin, versus 46% with naftopidil, in a small, open-label study. Does silodosin make sex last longer?

Silodosin may help improve control over ejaculation. Evidence comes from men who were dissatisfied with dapoxetine and took silodosin on its own, so it does not establish results for Matador 2-in-1. Some men release less or no semen during ejaculation while taking it; this reverses when treatment stops.

What should my provider know before I start?

Tell your provider about all your medicines, especially those for blood pressure. Matador 2-in-1 must not be taken with nitrates in any form or with riociguat. Its ingredients can lower blood pressure more when taken together.

What should I know while taking Matador 2-in-1?

Get medical help right away for an erection lasting more than four hours. Stop taking Matador 2-in-1 and get medical help right away for sudden loss of vision in one or both eyes, or a sudden decrease or loss of hearing.
